Gun Goes Off Without Firing

THE KANSAS CITY STAR is reporting that Gunther Cunningham has accepted the job of defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions. He'll do well there. He's washed up, but he's better than they are.

    Or,
    Coordinator of the second worst defense in the NFL.

    Guess that is the ultimate in "upside" potential. He couldn't possibly be worse than what we they had. Oh, how the Gun has misfired.
